Shipping policy

We offer shipping from two locations: the United States and Ukraine.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on the shipping origin.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

From the USA:

• Within the USA: Free shipping, delivery in 1–5 business days.
• Worldwide: Paid shipping, delivery in 2–4 weeks. Shipping rates depend on the destination country and will be shown at checkout.

From Ukraine:

• Worldwide shipping is free, delivery in 2–4 weeks.

If your order includes multiple items with stock in both the USA and Ukraine, your order will be shipped in two separate packages. Delivery times may vary, and you will be notified via email.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
When shipping:

• From the USA to international destinations, or
• From Ukraine to the USA,
  customs fees may occur due to current U.S. customs policy reforms.
  We are not responsible for these charges or for any delays caused by customs.
